Tim Crawford
Owner

Tim is a life time resident of the area. For the past 13 years Tim has been selling real estate in the Sauk Valley and Northern Illinois area. Tim received his Associates Degree in Marketing with a Certificate in Real Estate from Sauk Valley Community College. In 2002 Tim was named Realtor of the Year for the Lee County Association of Realtors. During his 13 years of real estate experience he has served in different capacities on the local board of realtors. Currently Tim is a member of the Dixon Chamber Ambassadors.

Born in an agricultural environment Tim has extensive knowledge of agriculture. Being a farmer himself he has the knowledge to help you with your agricultural real estate needs.

After 13 years of selling real estate in the Sauk Valley area Tim has the knowledge and experience to help you in selecting the home that fits your needs. There are so many things to consider when purchasing a home…Tim will make sure you have all the resources you need in making the right decisions when purchasing your home.

Tim and his wife Kirsten reside in Dixon with their three children. Family and community are important…Tim and Kirsten do all they can to stay involved their family and community.

Kirsten Crawford

Kirsten has been a resident of the Sauk Valley area for the past 18 years. In 1999 she received her Bachelors Degree in Business Management from National-Louis University. For the past 12 years Kirsten has been working in the banking industry. During her years of work in banking she has worked in retail, commercial and wealth management areas. Her most recent banking experience comes from working in the Wealth Management area of the bank where she administered trusts and estates.

Working in the trust and estate area gave Kirsten exposure to many different types of real estate transactions. Some of those experiences included; selling homes held in various estates, overlooking farms held within the various trust accounts, and property management duties in which she handled rent recordkeeping and bill payment for clients.

During her banking career she received her CTFA (Certified Trust Financial Advisor), Series 6 & 63, as well as holding both her life and health insurance licenses.

Kirsten is active in the community. She is currently the Secretary on the Board of Directors at Bright Beginnings Christian Preschool and Daycare. For the past 9 years she has been involved with the United Way of Lee County currently serving at Chair of the FIRE division. Besides Bright Beginnings and United Way Kirsten is involved whenever possible in sport and educational activities within the community.

Kirsten currently resides in Dixon with her husband Tim and their three children. Family and community are important…Tim and Kirsten do all they can to stay involved with their family and community.
