Tim Crawford is the owner of Crawford Realty, LLC and has been a real estate agent in the Sauk Valley and Northern Illinois area for over 13 years. He received his Associates Degree in marketing with a Certificate in real estate from Sauk Valley Community College. In 2002, Tim was named Realtor of the Year by the Lee County Association of Realtors. As a lifetime resident of the Sauk Valley area, Tim is familiar with this community and the property in the area. Born into an agricultural environment and having been a farmer himself, Tim has the first hand experience and knowledge to help you with your agricultural real estate needs. He believes community involvement is important and has been active on the local board of realtors, serving in several different capacities over the years and is currently a member of the Dixon Chamber Ambassadors. Tim lives in Dixon with his wife Kirsten and their three children.

Kirsten Crawford is a real estate broker and owner of Crawford Realty, LLC. She has a Bachelors Degree in business management from National-Louis University and over 12 years of experience in the banking industry. During the course of Kirsten’s banking career she worked in retail, commercial and most recently, wealth management where she administered trusts and estates giving her exposure to many different real estate transactions. Kirsten holds a Certified Trust Financial Advisor (CTFA) Series 6 & 63 as well has both her life and health insurance licenses. Kirsten is also very active in the community, currently serving as the secretary on the Board of Directors at Bright Beginnings Christian Preschool and Day Care and Chair of the FIRE division of the United Way of Lee County. Kirsten has been a resident of Sauk Valley for the past 18 years, currently residing in Dixon with her husband Tim and their three children.
